  • Early Years

    Quality in the early years is never static...it involves a process of continuous self-assessment and self improvement

    The Warwickshire Early Years Improvement Team provides qualified teacher and advisory worker support and training for schools and settings across the birth to five age range. The team`s core remit is to raise the quality of learning and development across all elements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) equipping practitioners with skills to:

    provide stimulating environments for babies and children
    deliver an effective Early Years curriculum
    implement the principles and commitments of EYFS

     The Warwickshire Early Years Improvement Team gained the Nursery World `Early Years Advisory Team of the Year Award` in 2008.  Our work is regularly featured in `Nursery World` and we recently received national recognition for our innovative `Inspirational Learning Spaces`

  • Social Care

    The Social care Development centre (Formally the NVQ centre) is now based at Lamb Street Coventry. The centre provides health and social care qualifications and training to PCT, Voluntary, Private sector, Personal Assistants and Family carers.

    Qualifications that are offered range from Level 2 &ndash Level 4 including Social Care and management topics. The centre also delivers legal, mandatory and continuous professional development courses for social care and management staff.

    The centre provides a safe, supportive environment respecting individual's differences, beliefs, and values and learning styles.
